Shipping Information

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, which will include your tracking number. You can track and trace your order using this link. Normal delivery times are 2-5 days, during peak season it may take longer. 

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct as we are unable to redirect packages once an order has been processed. You are responsible for any inaccurate or incomplete details provided to us.

Pick Up Information

If you have chosen to pick up your order, you will need to bring your order confirmation email to Ölandsgatan 42, 116 63 Stockholm. Orders can only be picked up between 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. You will receive a pickup notification to your email when your order is ready to be picked up. Please note, if you order on a Friday, after midday, you will only be able to pickup the following Monday.

Customs & Duties Information

When placing an international order with IDUN Minerals, please note that customs duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply depending on your country’s import regulations, as these charges are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for covering any customs or import duties, and refusal to pay may result in the package being returned or destroyed without a refund. Customs processing may also cause delays, which are unfortunately outside of our influence or prediction. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges before placing your order.
